“I really liked it. It’s complex in a nice way. The initial smell and taste is sweet, then the sour kicks in. After swallowing, the sweet stays on your tongue, but you still have that grapefruit essence that’s almost more of a smell than a taste.”
The Pink Grapefruit Marmalade had a complex, yet subtle blend of flavors. First, we tasted the grapefruit, then a little spicy (maybe ginger?) kick. It made a unique appetizer when served on top of Wheat Thins with Manchego Cheese. Would also be great with cream cheese. It wowed our guests!

216″The Raspberry Chambord Preserves are absolutely delicious. The flavor and the feeling in your mouth is bright and absolutely fresh, nothing like any ordinary jam that comes from the supermarket. It is outstanding! Also, unlike most raspberry seeds which seem to stay in your teeth the entire morning, these seem to disappear! We had ours on whole grain toast, but I am looking forward to trying it with plain yogurt.”

“Your Mango Chutney is unique and delicious. We are both accustomed to ‘Major Grey’s Indian Mango Chutney,’ and use it as a spread on a sandwich, like mayonnaise. Yours is more like something to eat on your plate along with roasted meat or chicken. I love tasting the different fruits and nuts in it. It was very good with pork loin and also on a turkey sandwich. We eat a lot of turkey burgers and we will be having it again very soon!”
